  • 📧 Notifications: We will keep you informed about every stage of your order via email.
  • 🔗 Order Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number and tracking link.
  • 📅 Deferred Shipping: When placing an order, you have the option to choose (postpone) the shipping date in the checkout.
  • Speed: Orders for local stock items placed by 3:00 PM are shipped the same day (the system automatically calculates a reliable delivery time for each item).
  • 📍 Local Pickup: You are welcome to pick up your order at our showroom: ul. Wesoła 57, Suwałki, Poland (Cost: 0 PLN).
  • 🌍 International Shipping (EU): We ship to all European Union countries (please contact us for individual quotes for countries outside our standard list).

Logistics and Security Procedures

  • 📹 Video Surveillance: The entire packing process is monitored by high-definition cameras to ensure shipment accuracy and safety.
  • 🛡 Discretion: We respect your privacy. All parcels are packed neutrally, not revealing the security equipment content.
  • 💻 System Precision: Our dispatch software ensures 100% agreement between your order and the package content.
  • 📏 Oversized Items: Long items (e.g., masts, rails, tubes) and non-standard parcels are shipped via GLS courier (not available for Parcel Lockers).
  • 🏗 Pallets: Rack cabinets and heavy batteries are shipped on insured FedEx pallets for maximum safety.
  • 📺 Order Changes: Combining orders or modifications is only possible until the status changes to "Awaiting Shipment".

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Information Regarding Package Receipt

Please carefully check the condition of the external packaging in the presence of the courier.

Even if the box looks undamaged, a sudden shock during transport may have damaged the sensitive electronics inside. Filing a damage report (protocol) with the courier at the time of delivery is essential for any future claims.

Frequently Asked Questions (Shipping FAQ)

1. Can I pay by card to the courier?
Yes, most couriers now allow you to pay for Cash on Delivery (COD) via card or mobile payments (e.g., BLIK).

2. What does "Awaiting Shipment" status mean?
It means your parcel has already been packed and the label has been printed. At this stage, we can no longer make changes.

3. Why is Parcel Locker not available in my cart?
Likely, your cart contains an oversized item (e.g., a mast) that does not fit in the InPost locker dimensions.

4. Will the courier carry a heavy parcel?
Couriers are required to carry parcels up to 30 kg. Heavier shipments and pallets are delivered to the building entrance (curbside delivery).

5. Where can I find my invoice?
We send invoices electronically to the email address provided in your order at the moment of dispatch.
